How can I get support for my Chromebook?
Email parentsupport@isd138.org if: (submitting this email goes directly to the district technology department.  We will contact you to setup an appointment for your support needs)
  1. Chromebook is not charging, won't turn one, broken screen, hinges, keyboard, etc...
  2. When my Chromebook charger is broken, lost or not charging my device anymore.
  3. Cannot log into my Chromebook account.
  4. Home Wifi will not connect the Chromebook.

How can I get Support for Edmentum or Calvert Learning?
Contact your teacher if:
  1. Cannot log into the Edmentum or Calvert website.
  2. My courses are missing or wrong.
  3. Questions about students' assignments or progress.
  4. Parent or Student Edmentum Accounts
